Buying:

All items we offer are new and genuine. Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Please read the item description carefully. We try to ensure our listings are clear and accurate, if you require more information please use the "contact us" link.
To make a purchase click the 'Buy Now' button - you will be taken to the checkout to complete your purchase. All transactions require immediate purchase.
 

Delivery:

We will ship to your Paypal delivery address or your address entered at checkout.  Please note - it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that this is up-to-date and accurate. Failed delivery due to a wrong address will be refunded MINUS the cost of economy postage.

 

Each unit of sale consists of 1 x pack of 10 individual straws  (this may be delivered in either  two x 5 packs or one 10 pack depending on stock availability)

 

Any issues with products received should be reported to the seller within 14 days of receipt of the products.  Queries raised after this period will not be considered.
 

P&P:

Free economy delivery is included.

Delivery will be within 21 days.

Returns:

We are happy to accept items returned for any reason. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item to us for refund, provided it is complete, unused,  in good condition and in the original packaging.

Where the product is faulty, damaged or misdescribed we will refund the whole payment made to us, but not when a product is simply unwanted, in this case the actual cost of sending the product will be deducted from the payment, even when a product states "free delivery".  This is to cover the costs to us for sending out a product which we then have to refund ie. when no sale has been made.

If an item is returned to us because Royal Mail are unable to deliver we will refund the price of the item but not our cost of postage - in this case the actual cost of sending the product will be deducted from the payment, even when a product states "free delivery".  This is to cover the costs to us for sending out a product which we then have to refund.  ie. when no sale has been made.

All returns must be clearly marked as Returns followed by the order number and returned to the address below:
